The Salami and Tomatoes Skewers with Mozzarella are extremely simple to do especially since there is no cooking involved. However they are very satisfying on a hot day. They are Summer treats.

Putting it all Together
Salami Skewers with Mozzarella and Tomatoes.
Timing
  • Preptime: 10-15 minutes. Assemblage.
  • Cooktime: None.
  • Servings: 2-4 portions
Ingredients

250g of sliced Salami.

250g of Cherry Tomatoes.

250g of Mozzarella Pearls.

A bunch of Basil.

Olives of your choice. I like Green ones for those Skewers.

A drizzle of Olive Oil and one of Balsamic Vinegar

Steps

This is assembling Ingredients upon a skewer. The Ingredients do not need to be heated up, grilled and so forth to be consumed. However if you want to give them a little heat, and if using wood skewers soak them with a little Water before.

Then everything is very simple which makes those Salami Skewers perfect for Summer outdoor Parties or relaxing time.

A pattern is always nice to follow for the colourfulness of the Skewers but do not beat yourself if you don't do so. I tend to start with Salami folded, then I go with the colours of the Italian flag, a Basil Leaf or a Green Olive, a Mozzarella pearl, then a Cherry Tomato, then back to square one up until I run out off Ingredients.

The finishing part is just a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil on the Skewers and some good Balsamic Vinegar.

Salt and Black Pepper can be added but not necessary to enjoy the Salami Skewers.
