Steamed Mussels

Steaming is a method of cooking which depending on the ingredients to cook doesn't take long. It works upon the vapour coming out of a liquid being hot enough but also the air being trapped: the Steam. It is simple however efficient. 

Fish and Seafood in general keep their lovely soft texture with Steam which also render them cooked and safely edible. So Steaming is a very efficiant yet subtle and caring method to cook Seafood. It is not brash by any mean.
