Steps

The Winter Punch is all about taste and test rather than measuring everything up. Caution: Do not get drunk while making it although there are a lot of tasting involved...

It is very much focused upon Berries, particularly Cranberries which goes very well with Blueberries. Blackberries do bring a softness to the palate. While Strawberries and Grapes can give some colours to the Winter Punch and make it somewhat very enticingly lively. Mint does bring it the cool freshness and the Rosemary gives a Festive decoration upon the Winter Punch.

The building up is just that: a building up without cooking being required. Liquid comes first then the Fruits. You can adjust the tartness with a little Honey or Sugar but do not go too sweet... And you can add a Retro feel to the Winter Punch by adding some boozed up Cherries to it.
