Cottage Cheese and Berries.

This Breakfast is easy to make however it provides proteins, vitamins and is low on calories. It is also easily adaptable to your own taste. Moreover it does fill you up for a good time. And if we are busy this is energy stored in our bodies. It is fresh as well as morish. It is creamy as well as fruity.

Ingredients

500 g of Cottage Cheese.

150 g of Blueberries.

150 g of Raspberries or Loganberries.

Drizzle of Honey to sweet everything up.

 

Steps

The first thing to do is to divide the Cottage Cheese in two bowls.

The second is to drizzle a good dollop of Honey in those bowls to give them some sweetness.

The third step is to add the Fruits. Washed is better. Blueberries and Raspberries or Loganberries go in. Then stir a little.
