Steps

This recipe is for two people, however with the increase of Ingredients measurement it can be done for more. The fact is that when you deal with a dinner Party, depending on how many Guests and courses intented to be done which could be Canapés with Champagne or Cocktails, Starter, Fish course, Main Course, palate cleanser, Dessert, Cheese Platter, this Dessert might be a blessing in disguise because it is easy to pull out of a bag as per say yet ever so pleasing.

The First step is to chill your glasses in the fridge.

Using either Home Made Chocolate Brownies or Shop Bought ones, they need to be at room temperature and not hot. Then they need to be crumbled but not too much for you want a good texture from them. Put aside.

Prepare the Cream Cheese by whisking it to aerate it. Then place it in the Fridge.

Macerate the Raspberries in Chambord Liqueur for 10 minutes.

Then it is the building up stage. Take the glass out of the fridge.

Arrange the Chocolate Brownies bits at the bottom of the glasses to form the first layer of the Dessert. But reserve some for the next layers.

Place your Raspberries above the Chocolate Brownies layer.

Add a smooth layer of Cream Cheese upon the Raspberries.

Then repeat the operation twice or thrice depending of the size of the glass.

Finish off by decorating with little Chocolate Buttons and Mint Leaves.

If the Raspberry Liqueur is not to your liking or for other reasons, you can switch for Raspberry Coulis to decorate the Dessert.

Then it is just time to enjoy everything.

The Dessert can be prepared in advance therefore put to chill in the fridge up until the time to be served.
