A Selection of Pork Sausages

Confession for confession one of my favourites comfort food Dishes is Sausages upon Mash Potates served with an Onion Gravy and a side of Peas. This is one my Spring cold days go to as well as my Autumn cold days go to Dishes.

Now when it comes to Sausages, a loved and cared for Sausage with a decent amount of Meat along with enough Aromatic Herbs and Spices does it for me the most. It is all about the flavour and the taste.

Of course I will brag about the Saucisse de Toulouse and how delicious it is, however I will say that Cumberland Sausages are very tasty.

My Man loving his Chipolatas we do cook a fair few at home on occasion. Not as thick as other Sausages Chipolatas can be cooked well under an hour with other Ingredients surrounding them.
