A Selection of Frankfurters

I grew up in a home where Frankfurter Sausages were mostly and readily available hot or cold. There was almost no fussing on how to eat them in an adequate manner. It was just either Dijon Mustard or Ketchup, Forks and Knives or even hands in order to dip the Sausages in the condiments. It was very simple yet very satisfying for kids who didn't want to stay at the table but wanted to go back in front of the TV...

Jumbo Frankfurter Sausages with roasted Cherry Tomatoes.

This part boiled Sausages hot or cold can be eaten as I said. They are the perfect Sausages for a Hot Dog it has to be said. You can go for a long and toasted sesame Bread, while you griddle your Sausages, and Sautéed some Onions.
