A Selection of Chipolatas

Chipolatas are the favourite Sausages of my Partner. Therefore I tend to cook them a lot. Long, slim and rather spicy, they are enjoyable to say the least. Within the casing are Herbs, Salt and Pepper along with Pimento to bring up that intense favour.

The Chipolatas's history of origin is either French or Italian. It is  a Mediterranean Sausage 'par excellence'. Because of their slimmer size, Chipolatas take less long to cook in comparison to many other Sausages.  This fact renders them convenient but maybe also very popular. However fast they can be ready to eat, their taste pass the test of being very much so palatable.

Doing a Hot Dog with Chipolatas instead of Franckfuters makes a nice little change. Chipolatas have three reputations: they are Sausages for the Summer (under the Grill or BBQ); they are fast and quick to do to satisfy hungry Children (The Children Sausage); they are also Sausages for the Festive period to make lush Pigs in Blanket.
