A Selection of Mozzarella Cheeses

Mozzarella is a Fresh Cheese made with Buffalo Milk. Formed into balls of about 7 to 10 centimetres, Mozzarellas are semi soft creamy Cheeses.  Mozzarella's texture renders that Fresh Cheese easy to eat for people like me who do suffer from swallowing problems/difficulties.

This Italian Cheese from the Napple area goes really well with Mediterranean Ingredients like Tomatoes, Basil, Oregano, Marjoram, Aubergines, Olives... The Caprese Salad is a beautiful example of simplicity done with Mozzarella. It is just letting a handful of Ingredeints sing with their full flavours.

Caprese Salad with Mozzarella, Tomatoes, Basil Pesto, Kalamata Olives, Rocket Leaves, Virgin Olive Oil and a drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar.

Mozzarella grated or not is an excellent Fresh Cheese to melt for Lasagnes, Pizzas, Melanzane alla Parmigiana, Pastas, Bakes... It can be the tasty Cheese of choice to cover your stuffed Vegetable, may it be Tomato, Sweet Pepper, Courgette or Marrow.

There is two different Mozzarellas. One which is made from Buffalo Milk and one that is done with Cows' Milk. The most rated one is the Buffalo's Mozzarella.
