Sea Bass, this silvery Fish can be found on restaurants menus as well as most supermarckets fairly easily. It is a popular Fish although it is thought to be more of a 'posh' Fish than the Cod is, because of its limelight appearances on the menu of upmarcket restaurants rather than the Fish and Chips shop next door. 

In fact there are multiple species of Fish called Sea Bass or Bass. It is like calling a Fish a Fish. It feels also like a Bass Player in a Band: The essential part of it but sometimes underrated. For this Fish however it is rated highly as a white Fish. Its Fillets can have the thickness of a Cod but can also be more thin and perfect for grilling or pan frying.
