About Making Chutneys

My first Chutney, I had and tasted was in England. It was a total discovery for me. However for the get go I enjoyed it. There is a vibrant piquancy to Chutneys which is so appealing to the palate. Chutneys are very good accompaniments to cold Meat like Ham, Terrines, Patés or Savoury Pies but also Cheese. On a Cheese Board a Chutney does compliment it.
